Whilst C1+ is relatively straightforward to apply, end users should be mindful that it cures to form a hard quartz film and as such it must be applied correctly first time. If asked, we will always recommend one of our trained Accredited Detailers apply the product for you (prices start at £249) but we also understand that there are many customers who are comfortable with and prefer applying various coatings to their own vehicle themselves. Wool is your friend!
Even the least dyed in the wool (sorry!) detailer will run-a-mile from wool polishing pads. But... we urge you to take another look! The reason for poor acceptance is that when used in conjunction with regular compounds it's very easy to go through on edges in less than a blink of an eye. But used in conjunction with P1 edge security is excellent. Independent tests proved that on average it took 80% longer to polish through an edge using cpr2 in conjunction with P1 as compared to using a foam pad and an ordinary cutting compound. This translates to taking around 30 seconds to go through an edge vs less than 5 seconds.
